Jumping jacks are a simple cardio exercise that can be done almost anywhere.
To be carried out:
Begin by standing with your arms down and your feet hip-width apart.
Raise your arms to the sides and spring out with your feet apart.
Jump back into the starting position, landing gently on the balls of your feet and pulling your arms back into your body.
Jumping higher or faster may increase the workout's intensity. They can also reduce the intensity by doing elliptical or smaller jumping jacks.
